Delivery Excellence

At The Manor Electric, we understand that our products are significant investments in your home. Because we specialize in large scale architectural units, we do not use standard parcel services for our fireplaces. Instead, we utilize specialized freight carriers to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

The Shipping Process

We partner with premier specialized freight carriers to ensure your architectural unit arrives in peak condition. Most orders ship via LTL Freight; the unit is secured to a pallet and crated for maximum protection during transit. Once the shipment reaches your local terminal, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window.

Standard freight delivery for The Manor Electric includes complimentary liftgate service. The driver will use a hydraulic lift to safely lower the crate from the truck to your curb or the end of your driveway.

Inspection Upon Arrival

We take immense pride in our packaging, but the journey of a large unit requires a quick inspection upon delivery. Before you sign the driver’s paperwork, please take a moment to look over the crate for any signs of transit damage. In the very rare event that you see damage to the outer packaging, simply note it on the delivery receipt before signing. This protects you and allows us to resolve any issues immediately.

Returns Policy

We want the piece you choose to be the perfect fit for your project. We offer a return window of 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the unit must be in its original, uninstalled condition and stored in the original crating. Please note that for large-scale freight items, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and a standard restocking fee may apply depending on the manufacturer’s requirements. Once the unit is received at the distribution center and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method

Order Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours. Once a unit has been crated and picked up by the freight carrier, it is considered in transit and our standard return policy will apply.
